Fuse #8 made a little mention of a Saks Fifth Avenue window display with an Oz theme, but it came and went so fast that she couldn't take pictures. I decided to look around the web for other documentation, thinking that might make a good start for a series of Oz postings this week. But then I discovered the window contained a ruby slipper-themed display on shoes, and I began to...lose...all...energy...zzzzzzz.

He is an Assistant Regional Advisor in the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators, and was the editor of Oziana, creative magazine of the International Wizard of Oz Club, from 2004 to 2010.
Living in Massachusetts, Bell also writes about the American Revolution at Boston 1775.

Yeah, I know. I was going to be delightfully snarky in pointing out how their only frame of reference was the filmed version of Oz, but maybe it's for the best that I missed it. The shoes weren't even that great.
I would definitely have stayed awake for the snark!
